This Privacy Policy explains how Precious Life Medical Services (“PLMEDS,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through plmeds.com (the “Site”). The Site is informational. It is not a patient portal and does not collect medical, insurance, or treatment information.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect through the Site is what you choose to send us through the callback request form on /book: your name, your phone number, your preferred call-back time, and your preferred language. We do not ask for, and we do not want, any medical or insurance details on the Site.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used for advertising or third-party tracking.

How we use it

We use the contact information you submit only to call you back to schedule an appointment. We do not sell, rent, or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. The information is reviewed by our front-desk staff and then used to contact you; we do not retain it longer than necessary to schedule the visit.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the Site, which pages they read, and where they came from. IP addresses are anonymized. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to measure repeat visits; the data Google receives is aggregated traffic information, not your identity. No medical, insurance, or contact information collected through the callback form is shared with Google or any other third party.

The Site does not use advertising cookies, ad-network pixels, or behavioral retargeting. The only other third-party content embedded on the Site is the Google Maps frame on the contact page, governed by Google’s own privacy terms.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing Google’s Analytics Opt-Out browser add-on.

Children

The Site is intended for adults (parents and guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may request that we delete the contact information you sent us through the callback form, or update it, by calling us at (732) 444-4646.

Patient records

This policy covers the website only. Information collected during an in-person or telehealth visit is governed by the privacy practices of the clinical practice, which are provided to patients separately at the time of care.
