Dr. Romolo Maurizzi, MD

Romolo Maurizzi MD is an experienced and highly skilled board-certified radiologist. After receiving his post-graduate training in nuclear medicine, US, CT, MRI, MRA and interventional radiology, he completed his residency at Overlook Hospital (Affiliate of Columbia P&S), where he served as a Chief Resident. He has since held multiple positions at esteemed institutions such as Bergen line X Ray Diagnostic Center, American Imaging of Jersey City and Meadowlands Hospital.
He is currently an independent consultant and has recently been providing services at Pavonia Diagnostic Imaging and Keesler Radiology Children’s Specialized Hospital. Dr. Maurizzi is recognized for his expertise in pediatric radiology and neuroradiology earned through electives at Columbia University’s P&S center with Drs. Berdon MD and Marquis MD. He was formerly a part of the United States Army, honorably discharged from service.
