Lawrence Gould MD is a highly accomplished radiologist who is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. After earning a BA from Columbia College in 1960, he went on to attend the University of Louvain and receive his MD in 1966. Following this, he completed an internship at United Hospital in Port Chester, NY, and then later advanced his training through residency at Yale University School of Medicine and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Gould proudly served as a Captain in the U.S Army Reserves from 1966-1972 and earned an honorable discharge. He has obtained medical licenses for Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania and has held prestigious academic positions such as Assistant Professor Radiology at New Jersey Medical School (1975-1979) and Clinical Associate Professor Radiology at R. W Johnson Medical School (1983-1996). In addition to being Chief of Radiology Service at Lyons VA Medical Center from 1980-1996, Dr. Gould has also served as Attending Radiologist for various hospitals throughout the years including Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (2000-2003), Union Hospital (2002-) and Jersey City Medical Center (2003-2008). His many years of experience have enabled him to become a trusted expert in radiology with exemplary skill and expertise.
